Once an order is placed you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you notice that your address is incorrect please email us at info@allthingsfate.com ASAP to get it corrected. We can not guarantee that the order will not have already been processed for shipping.

Pre-Orders: If your purchase contains a pre-order item, all items will ship when the pre-order item is ready to ship. If you would not like to wait, please make a separate purchase to ship the in stock items within our standard processing times.

Due to heavy order volume, our processing and shipping times are as followed:

Processing: Within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from when an order is placed.

Shipped: Via USPS or UPS with a 3-4 business day delivery timeframe.

We will do everything in our power to work faster than the times stated above, but we are a small business with limited staff to support the current high order volume due to rapid growth. If your package shows delivered via USPS tracking, All Things Fate is NOT liable for any missing packages. All packages are insured. Please contact USPS to open a claim for the missing package:

If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery/return to sender, it will be YOUR responsibility to PAY for postage to have the package shipped again. We will send an invoice for the cost of new postage. Failure to pay within 2 days of receiving postage invoice email will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. A refund WILL NOT be issued in this case only a store credit.
